HOW I GOT INTO HOME INSPECTIONS: 

I was working in construction and realestate for several years when a buddy of mine used his VA loan to buy a house. The home was inspected prior to purchase but that inspection did not reveal the major problems that he encountered after he purchased the home. I felt very strongly that if I had inspected the home, I could have helped him avoid these expensive pitfalls. I put the word out to my other friends and family and then began the process of my home inspection career. It's been satisfying to know that I save people hertache and money on one of the biggest investments of lifetimes.
